All items purchased in the Young/Hunter store are wrapped securely in bubble envelopes (with the exception of posters and videos, which are packaged in cardboard) and sent via First Class Mail. Shipping rates are as follows:

REFUND POLICY: If you receive any item (except concert tickets, which are non-refundable) and find it to be defective, Young/Hunter Management will gladly exchange the item, at no cost to you. Please contact us with any inquiries or problems. (Obviously you'll need to change "at" to a proper @ sign in the email address.)
